1. Introduction

Welcome to RingMoney [RingMoney is a brand and trademark of Dakah Global Private Limited] (“RingMoney”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing and using our website, mobile application, or any services offered by RingMoney (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of our Services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, of sound mind, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Indian law to use our Services.
By registering with RingMoney, you represent that all information provided by you (including KYC documents, PAN, bank details) is true, accurate, and complete.

3. Use of Services

RingMoney provides investment-related services, primarily enabling users to invest in mutual funds and related financial products.
Access to our Services is strictly personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information.
Any unauthorised sharing, resale, or misuse of access to RingMoney Services may result in suspension or termination of your account.
RingMoney is the brand of Dakah Global Private Limited, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN 320453), registered with BSE StAR MF (Registration No. 37452), and a Specialized Investment Fund (SIF) Distributor.
Dakah Global Private Limited is also registered with SEBI as a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) under Registration No. INA000023065, valid from July 23, 2026 – Perpetual.

4. Payments and Refunds

All transactions made through RingMoney are processed via authorised payment gateways and are subject to regulatory norms.
Payments for investments are made directly to respective mutual fund houses/AMCs as per SEBI guidelines. RingMoney does not hold your money at any stage.
Refunds/Cancellations: Since investments are executed with AMCs, cancellation or redemption is subject to respective AMC rules. RingMoney does not independently process refunds unless explicitly required by law or regulation.

5. Mutual Fund Commission Disclosure

RingMoney provides mutual fund distribution services as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN 320453).

For mutual fund distribution services, RingMoney may receive commission or other remuneration from the respective Asset Management Companies (AMCs) or mutual fund houses, as applicable under the relevant regulatory framework.

The availability of commission or other remuneration may vary depending on the mutual fund scheme and applicable arrangements. RingMoney does not charge or receive any amount beyond what is permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

Investors should review the relevant scheme-related documents and disclosures before investing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and material on RingMoney’s website, mobile app, and communications — including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, and software — are the intellectual property of RingMoney [Dakah Global Private Limited ].
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or modify any of our content without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful investment and financial purposes.
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
- Disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of RingMoney’s systems.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access, without liability or refund.

8. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

Any personal and financial information you provide will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required to deliver Services (e.g., with AMCs, KYC agencies, payment partners) or as required by law/regulators.

9. Service Updates and Modifications

RingMoney reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at its discretion, to remain compliant with regulatory requirements or to improve user experience.
Users will be notified of significant changes where applicable.

10. Termination

Certain calculators, illustrations or goal-planning tools on RingMoney may use assumed rates of return for illustrative purposes. These assumptions are not predictions, recommendations, guarantees or assurances of actual investment returns.

Where applicable, assumptions used for comparisons or illustrations may include indicative rates for mutual funds, bank accounts or fixed deposits. Actual returns may be higher or lower and will depend on the relevant investment, market conditions, product terms and other factors.

Investment in securities market are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing.

RingMoney does not promise or guarantee returns from investments in securities or mutual funds. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.

11. Assumptions and Disclaimers

We have assumed 12% average returns from Mutual Funds for various goals and other calculators. These are indicative numbers based on past performance of certain funds and not representative or guarantee of any returns. We have assumed 3% return per annum for Bank Account investing for comparison purposes. We have assumed 6% return per annum for Fixed Deposit investing for comparison purposes.
Investment in securities market are subject to market risks, read all the related documents carefully before investing.
RingMoney doesn’t offer any promises on guaranteed returns for security market investing. Past performance is not an indicator of future returns.

12. Limitation of Liability

Investments in mutual funds and securities are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.
RingMoney provides investment facilitation services only and does not guarantee returns.
RingMoney is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party service providers, technical issues, or regulatory changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at Gurgaon/Delhi NCR jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
