1. Using RingMoney as a Visitor

8. Our Legal Obligation to You

We are bound by the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and comply with all its provisions.

Under Section 43A of the Act, RingMoney and its service providers are obliged to maintain reasonable security measures to safeguard your data.

As per the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, we must provide registered users with a readable copy of their personal information upon request.

This Privacy Policy is published on our website/app in compliance with IT Rules, 2011.

10. Google Mandated Disclosure (if applicable)

If you authorise Google to fetch your electronic Consolidated Account Statement (e-CAS) from your email and share it with RingMoney, then the following disclosure applies:

“RingMoney’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.”
